I went on northwards in the similar landscape as the previous day; not much happening. Until I reached the mountainous area towards Norway. First I thought I saw sheep, which are everywhere when you travel in Scotland, but soon I realized that they were reindeer. Small, white reindeer with even smaller calves.. I did not leave the car, so the few images I took don’t really deserve space here. But for many people, meeting reindeer in the road is not an everyday situation, so here it is.
And I love your “for many people, meeting reindeer in the road is not an everyday situation” Hahaha. Yes, you might say that!
An understatement, then?
God tur, Raymond.
Takk for det, ikke så lenge til jeg skal vende nesa hjemover nå-
I love your reindeer picture! It reminds me of our train trip north with you, when I managed to get a rather fuzzy picture of a couple of reindeer from the train window. There is something special about getting a surprising glimpse of a beautiful animal when one is on the road. Liz
